During the jubilee year of the Emil Open, the Emil Endowment Fund decided to involve hundreds of people and support all handicapped athletes with a huge applause. On Wednesday, he shot a video, where hundreds of people applaud the same melody at one time. The video will fly from the center of Brno to the Olympic rings in Tokyo to encourage Czech Paralympians.
This way, the paralympians were supported by people, companies and Emil Open participants. The mayor of Brno, Markéta Vaňková, and the governor of the South Moravian Region, Jan Griolich, joined the applaus. A well-known fighter in mixed martial arts (MMA), Jiří Procházka, also helped the crowd.
