Dear friends,
On behalf of the City of Prague, allow me to greet you on the occasion of the 12th European Summer Games for Disabled Youth Emil Open. For me personally, sporting means first of all joy, distraction, but of course it is also extremely important for the health of our body and mind and, last but not least, it leads us to perseverance and a sense of fair play.
All these benefits sport offers to all of us, regardless of any handicap. I wish you all to always be able to make the most of them when moving and competing, and above all to enjoy sport. I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
